Shipping & Delivery Times

Standard orders must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST to begin handling on following day. Handling time ordinarily takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders put between Monday – Saturday.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA 

$12.25 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping location.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and information regarding your order. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
